The US Oncology Foundation Board Of Directors
The US Oncology Foundation’s Board of Directors represents a wealth of knowledge in oncology and cancer related issues as well as a commitment to ensuring that the foundation is successful in meeting its goals.
On October 15, 2008 the board held its first meeting to begin charting the foundation’s course. After gathering information through surveys and other avenues, they met again in December to solidify the foundation’s mission: to advance cancer care in local communities by removing the barriers to prevention, education, early detection, treatment and survivorship.
The US Oncology Foundation board meets on a quarterly basis and ultimately approves all grant making activities.
